Job Posting: Project Manager II (Dallas)
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial side of commercial HVAC projects within the New Construction sector with an emphasis on larger projects.
- Oversee project budgets financial forecasts and overall project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requisitos
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the commercial MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) space.
- Proven experience working on groundup new construction projects in sectors such as healthcare data centers and higher education (this must be clearly demonstrated on the resume and in the writeup notes).

Requisitos o 10+ years of mechanical construction experience required. o Prior experience as a Superintendent or similar function is required. o Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred. o Multi-family experience preferred. o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, details and job orders. o Ability to effectively plan, organize, delegate and control the work process. o Strong interpersonal and people skills. o Good written and oral communications skills. o Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. o Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
