Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Project Manager II to manage the financial aspects of commercial HVAC projects in the Special Projects space. This role will focus on overseeing smaller projects that require quicker turnaround times ensuring financial success and efficient project delivery.

• Manage the financial side of commercial HVAC projects within the Special Projects sector focusing on smaller projects with fastpaced timelines.
  
• Oversee project budgets costs and financial forecasts to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver highquality projects on time.
  

Requisitos

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the commercial MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) space.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing smaller faster turnaround projects including renovations HVAC unit replacements system modifications and retrofits (this must be clearly outlined on the resume and in the writeup notes).

Requisitos o 10+ years of mechanical construction experience required. o Prior experience as a Superintendent or similar function is required. o Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred. o Multi-family experience preferred. o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, details and job orders. o Ability to effectively plan, organize, delegate and control the work process. o Strong interpersonal and people skills. o Good written and oral communications skills. o Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. o Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
