Position: Customer Support Analyst
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Onsite)
Languages Required: Norwegian (C1) & English (B2)
Work Schedule: 09:00 21:00 (MondaySunday)
Contract Hours: Flexible (4h / 6h / 8h)
Training Duration: 11 weeks (Fully paid)
Your Responsibilities:
Provide customer care on **money transfer transactions**.
Handle all potential issues and customer inquiries via phone chat or email.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any transactional concerns.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure a seamless experience.
