Roles and Responsibility

In the development of our current game title you will be responsible for bridge operations with our business partner a Chinese development company. We are looking for someone who can lead the team responsible for document translation and interpretation managing progress and negotiations effectively. Additionally support in various categories related to development and operations such as creative assistance tailored to individual characteristics is also anticipated.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Bridge operations with overseas development companies
- Overall progress management of bridge operations
- Negotiation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding game specifications for assigned titles
- Translation of various documents and texts
- Interpretation and translation during meetings with overseas partners
Minimum Requirements
- 3

- Approximately 3 years of experience in bridge operations at a Japanese game company
- Candidates who are able to undertake longterm business trips or assignments in China
Preferred Requirements

- Experience in game development and operations
- Experience in negotiations and sales between companies
- Familiarity with Japanese entertainment and subculture
Conditions / Benefits

Location: Shinagawaku Tokyo
- Remote : Hybrid (commute to office 3 times a week
Annual Salary: 5M 11M JPY
Based on experience ability and previous work experience
- Salary revision: Once a year
- Bonus: Twice a year (June December)

- Full overtime pay (no overtime for managers)
