  We are currently seeking Second CareerNew Business Development Consultants who will provide total consulting services ranging from formulating business strategies for clients new business entries to planning and designing services financial feasibility verification and project management focused on creative production centered around smartphone applications. In the rapidly evolving industry landscape you will be required to demonstrate foresight into the society several years ahead and make proposals with a sense of urgency in line with the trends. Our company has been engaged in numerous business strategy planning service planning and service design activities in the finance/payment x technology field collaborating with clients to create new business models like never before. Currently cashless payments and financial DX are promoted as national policies and keywords such as BaaS/Embedded Finance are gaining attention. Many companies are entering or strengthening their presence in the cashless and financial businesses. As this trend accelerates further with cashless and financial digitalization as a premise the creation of new business models that seamlessly integrate payments and finance into daily life is expected. In such an environment our company leverages over 10 years of extensive consulting experience in the cashless and fintech industries combining an external specialist perspective with operating payment and fintechrelated businesses from a business operator perspective to provide essential business support.   Formulating strategies and service designs for new businesses that accurately capture the payment and fintech market
  Promoting cashless initiatives in local regions in collaboration with local banks as part of regional revitalization efforts
  Conceptualizing system development business design and marketing for new businesses and services
  Planning payment strategies and supporting the introduction of unique payment methods for clients in various industries such as retail and telecommunications not limited to finance
  Supporting environmental analysis and strategy formulation in mediumterm management planning for clients in the finance and payment industries

Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrated achievements in the current role with a track record of one year or more regardless of industry or job type.
  • Experience in client negotiations for two years or more.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Fulltime

Location: Kojimachi Chiyodaku Tokyo

Annual Salary:JPY based on experience ability and previous work experience

• Salary adjustments: Twice a year
• Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
• Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).
• Wage structure: Monthly salary
• Retirement benefits: None

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

• Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
• The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
• Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
• The flextime system does not have a core time.
• Saturdays Sundays and national holidays
• Annual paid leave (provided according to company regulations from the first day of employment)
