- The Candidate will be the key point of contact for the client. Should be leading the overall project from onshore handle the overall design estimation implementation & delivery
- Shall collaborate closely with our crossfunctional teams and Business stakeholders to define the technical solution design and architecture and to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain trusted working relationships with client counterpart(s) both within and beyond current scope of engagement
- Be seen as a trusted resource who sees across current projects/work streams to the big picture
Practice Development:
- Identify and lead areas to build practice capabilities and presence
- Lead teams to package and cleanse engagement deliverables for practice reuse
- Help to lead service line development and case studies through the gathering of industry best practices and selfknowledge
Consultant :
- Review of design and implement best practices of salesforce
- Follow salesforce release updates and check for impacts in application
- Reduce Customization Maintain a design where salesforce out of the box is used as much as possible
- Guide team in following industry best practices
- Bring innovation build reusable assets mentors team and build a strong team
Requirements Gathering and Delivery :
- Work with Business and IS to estimate scope fully and consult them accordingly with all stakeholders
- Align client business requirements keeping SF best practices
- Translate and simplify requirements for each manager/team to drive them
- Create and maintain SPEC documents
- Coach managers and/or team members to identify and explain requirements keeping inline with SF best practices
- Sign off requirements from business before they go to dev team
- Drive effective communication and teaming with verticals / horizontals across engagement(s) to ensure strong collaboration
- Ensure teams are not reinventing the wheel but instead leveraging bestofbreed tools and methods for more efficient and effective delivery
Requirements
:
- Required Certifications Salesforce Admin Platform Developer I Platform Developer II Application ArchitectSystem Architect CTA
- Proficient in Apex Visualforce Aura Lightning Components Lightning Web Components and Flows
- Experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce CLI
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security model and declarative development tools integration patterns best practices and tools
- Experience in Application Design Integration and Data Architecture (migration and data modelling)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Copado experience is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with onshore and offshore team
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce releases leverages them to keep the project up to date with latest releases
