Our client within the fintech Industry is looking to hire candidate with experience is online support who have been dealing with Businesses through B2B Support within the financial Industry to join their growing team
Tasks
- Provide B2B quality support for one of the fastest growing payment technology companies in Europe
- Answer questions through chat email and phone with customers and external stakeholders about the company their products and services and payments in general.
- Identify where improvements can be made and suggest how they can be implemented.
- Communicate with internal departments to provide an efficient workflow amongst the operational teams
- Handle adhoc tasks as directed by the line manager
- Assist the team with Onboarding of clients and basic Payment related queries
Requirements
- 1 year experience within either a Fintech iGaming or Payments institution within a B2B Customer Support function (Live chat and emails)
- Excellent written and verbal English. Also would be an advantage but not compulsory to have an additional language
- Good written and oral communication skills both internally and across customer base.
- Experience working with CRMs and payment platforms
- Knowledge of JIRA not compulsory but will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Zendesk or similar tools such as Freshdesk not compulsory but will be considered an asset.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in startup environments
