Location: West Jakarta Indonesia.
As a Junior Researcher you will play a key role in supporting research projects both Quantitative and Qualitative working closely with Senior Researchers. This role is ideal for candidates who have a keen interest in analyzing data and conducting market research. Your proficiency in Mandarin and English will be essential in managing communication and ensuring effective coordination across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the execution of Quantitative research projects ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide support for Qualitative research projects as needed conducting fieldwork and coordinating with respondents.
- Assist Senior Researchers in the preparation and delivery of comprehensive research reports.
- Facilitate clear communication and manage relationships with field vendors and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and manage respondents schedules to meet research deadlines efficiently.
Job Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Mathematics Economics or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
- Proficient in data analysis software such as SPSS Excel or other relevant tools is a plus.
- Experience with or exposure to Quantitative research is required; Qualitative research experience is an advantage.
- Strong logical reasoning problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage project timelines and vendor relationships.
