Job Description
- Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships across different verticals
- Maintain relationships with key partner point of contact including merchants and brand principals
- Able to collaborate and convers in multilingual discussion with partner point of contacts
- Collaborate with the BD Team to develop offline & online channel growth strategies to acquire merchants
- Drive the endtoend strategic business development initiatives identifying the potential
- Collaboration areas formulating the partnership strategy and ensuring the strategic commitments are fully optimized and delivered
- Generate insightful reports to measure performance across various partnership deals and continuously optimize upselling.
- Supervise and interact closely with various crossfunctional teams including marketing product engineering and compliance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success
- Impeccable communication interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluency in Mandarin Englishand Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
- A selfstarter able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Entrepreneurial dynamic and proactive with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
