Project Manager / Team Leader: Architect

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Professional Architect to take charge of leading and managing projects. This role involves supervising a team and overseeing architectural reports and invoice evaluations rather than focusing on design tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the architectural aspects of multiple projects.
- Examine architectural documents reports and invoices.
- Manage a team to achieve project objectives.
- Attend monthly site meetings to ensure project progress is on schedule.
Requirements:
- Professional accreditation with SACAP.
- Minimum 3 years of postregistration experience.
- Expertise in JBCC contracts and the 7 stages of construction.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to assume a leadership role with minimal supervision.
