Job Description
Role Description:
As an Application Developer you will design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will primarily work with Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of applications using Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) and associated technologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as design documents test plans and user manuals.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing debugging and performance tuning.
- Utilize tools like Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio to manage projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Required Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA).
- Strong understanding of database design and development principles.
- Experience with SQL Server and TSQL.
- Proficiency with .NET Framework and C#.
- Handson experience with Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with source control tools like Git or TFS.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA).
- Education:
- A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
