Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (German English)
Location: Athens (Remote if submitted before 12.10.2024)
Job Type: Fulltime Rotational Shifts (40 hours per week)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Rotational shifts 5 working days per week
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in German and English to join our team. In this remote role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive empathetic and has a strong problemsolving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone email and chat in both German and English
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding products services orders and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage customer accounts update information and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work rotational shifts and weekends
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
