Job Opportunity: Polish Customer Support Advisor in Athens Greece (Work from Home)
Are you a Polish speaker with excellent customer service skills We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Athens Greece. While the training is onsite for three weeks this role allows for remote work from home offering flexibility while supporting a notable industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through various channels including inbound and outbound emails live chats video calls and social media.
- Provide information and support on products and handle any issues that arise.
- Engage in sales activities alongside support tasks.
- Adapt to handling potentially sensitive products in a market with various legal considerations using multiple CRMs and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Polish (C2 level) and English (B1 level).
- Ability to work flexible hours from Monday to Sunday 9:00 to 23:00.
- Open to supporting tobaccorelated products.
Benefits:
