Are you a Dutch speaker with a passion for providing exceptional technical support We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and assist customers from the comfort of your home in Greece. This position offers a dynamic working environment supporting a range of digital products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries related to digital products applications and electromobility through inbound calls emails and chats.
• Provide technical support for consumer products emphasizing a seamless and personalized customer journey.
• Address inquiries regarding Audi Connect digital services including remote car functions and charging inquiries via the app.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support for Windows and Office products including downloading installation activation and updates.
• Conduct road assistance and troubleshoot issues related to trucks and buses.
• Utilize CRM systems and various digital tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Verbal and written fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (B2C1).
• At least one year of experience in customer care or technical support preferably in the technology field.
• Familiarity with Windows and OSX file systems and the ability to troubleshoot PC MAC and Mobile issues.
• Advanced knowledge of MAC iOS and Android operating systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in communication and demonstrate empathy and adaptability.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary between 1200 and 1500 gross with a performance bonus between 200 and 300.
• 13th and 14thmonth salary payments.
• Relocation package includes a flight ticket and hotel stay.
