About the Role:

As a Travel Customer Support Agent youll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with bookings travelrelated questions or troubleshooting. Your ability to provide clear communication and effective problemsolving will ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and document customer inquiries and issues received through tollfree phone lines.
• Accurately log consumer questions feedback and inquiries into the customer service system.
• Handle client complaints according to the companys complaint escalation procedures ensuring they are properly logged.
• Ensure all support calls and emails are resolved within the agreed service levels and appropriately documented.
• Diagnose problems using openended questions reference materials and system training.
• Provide solutions and suggestions to common customer concerns or frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
• Fluency in English (C1 level)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service preferably in the travel industry or a call center.
• Strong communication problemsolving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks remotely.
