Job Description
Title: Bilingual Booking Support Specialist
Location: Athens
Languages Required: Dutch & English
Start Date: October 25 2024
Salary: 1500 euros/month x14
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver toptier support to customers through email and phone communication.
- Assist with bookingrelated questions and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work closely with the team to enhance customer service practices.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problemsolving.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
Note: This is an urgent hire. Candidates available to start on the specified date will be given priority.
