We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Bilingual Client Success Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Address inbound client inquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication and followups.
• Partner with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to provide clients with accurate information.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both German and English spoken and written.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferably in the tech sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
