Title: Bilingual Client Success Manager (German & English)
Location: Athens Hybrid
Salary: 1760 euros/month x14
Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Bilingual Client Success Manager to join our team. If youre fluent in German and English passionate about technology and enjoy helping clients find the best solutions this role is perfect for you. Thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address inbound client inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication and followups.
- Partner with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to provide clients with accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both German and English spoken and written.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferably in the tech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
