- Inspire and Empower: Lead a talented team of sales professionals motivating them to reach new heights and celebrate their successes.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and engage potential clients showcasing our partner companys innovative payment solutions designed to meet diverse business needs.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build strong lasting connections with clients understanding their unique challenges and crafting tailored solutions that provide real value.
- Collaborate and Conquer: Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support making the client experience seamless and enjoyable.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position our partner companys solutions effectively in the marketplace.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales with proven leadership skills and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) with excellent verbal and written communication skills that resonate with clients.
- A knack for building relationships and fostering a motivated team environment.
- A resultsoriented mindset capable of thriving in a fastpaced setting and adapting to changing priorities.
