We are looking for a dynamic Talent Sourcer to join our growing team in Athens! If you have a passion for identifying top talent and thrive in a fastpaced environment we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement highvolume multilingual sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through job boards and social media platforms.
Create and maintain a talent pool for key roles and languages.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
Track and report on sourcing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve processes.
Oversee and manage internal employee referral programs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing role.
Proven expertise in various sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting.
Native or fluent in English both written and verbal; proficiency in Greek or another major European language is a plus.
Familiarity with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience in a multinational environment particularly within the BPO sector is advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
