Your Mission:
As the Sales Team Leader you will spearhead our sales efforts driving the team to excel in providing innovative payment solutions tailored for our clients. Your leadership will not only inspire success but also cultivate an environment where team members thrive fostering relationships with clients that lead to enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Lead with Purpose: Motivate and guide your sales team to achieve and exceed their targets creating a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify and engage potential clients presenting our partner companys payment solutions as the ideal answer to their business needs.
- Foster Relationships: Build strong connections with new and existing clients understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients and to support their ongoing needs.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our partner companys solutions and keep your team ahead of the game.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience including a proven track record in a team leadership role.
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills that resonate with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring and developing team members to achieve their best.
- A selfmotivated resultsoriented mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment adapting quickly to changing priorities.
