The Property Manager will oversee the management and operations of industrial properties in Quer taro. This role includes ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of facilities while also developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Property Manager will work closely with clients contractors and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and operational activities to ensure optimal performance of industrial facilities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any operational issues promptly.
- Oversee budget management ensuring appropriate allocation of resources and cost control for operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including licenses permits safety policies and environmental standards.
- Coordinate the presentation and upkeep of the industrial park ensuring facilities are wellmaintained and visually appealing.
- Manage relationships with government agencies and regulatory entities to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise the security of operations including the implementation of safety programs such as working at heights and civil protection measures.
- Plan and execute major infrastructure maintenance projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and report on operational performance maintenance activities and customer service to senior management recommending continuous improvements.
- Mentor and develop the operational team fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
- Ensure the proper management of the corporate image within the industrial park overseeing aesthetics signage and accessibility.
