Job Description
Production Manager
Manufacturing company located in Apodaca is looking for a Production Manager.
Job Overview: The Production Manager will oversee and optimize all aspects of the production process in a highvolume manufacturing facility managing more than 400 workers across three shifts. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in production planning operations control safety management and unionized environments with a deep understanding of plastic composite manufacturing processes such as molding lamination carbon fiber and painting.
Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 810 years of experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing largescale production teams in a multishift environment.

Industry Experience: Strong experience in plastic composite manufacturing (thermoset thermoplastic carbon fiber etc.) is required.

Certifications: ISO 9001 IATF 16949 Six Sigma.
