JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST
Responsibilities as a Business Analyst:
Partner with stakeholders including developers product managers and clients to collect and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Evaluate current workflows identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes.
Develop precise documentation such as user stories process flows wireframes and technical specifications.
Act as a problem solver addressing customer queries and softwarerelated issues with a logical approach and escalate when necessary.
Gather and relay product feedback feature requests and bug reports to the development team to ensure continuous product enhancement.
Act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical teams ensuring seamless communication of product goals and requirements.
Oversee testing phases validating that products align with business requirements and meet high standards.
Create and conduct user training sessions to facilitate smooth adoption of our solutions.
Stay informed on industry trends and technology to bring fresh innovative ideas to the table.
Qualifications as a Business Analyst:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst ideally with some background in software engineering or development.
Strong logical reasoning and problemsolving skills with an ability to think methodically and tackle challenges from multiple angles.
Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple
priorities under pressure with a focus on smart effective solutions.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA is a plus.
Experience in insurtech or insurance is an advantage but not required.
A proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and adapt within a dynamic startup culture.
