Position : Reporting and Quotations Analyst
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays; Morning: 9:00AM to 5:00PM (EST)
Holidays : US Holidays and PH Holidays
Salary Range : $1000 $1300
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Reporting and Quotations Analyst with expertise in auto insurance and homeowners insurance. In this role you will be responsible for preparing accurate insurance quotes analyzing data trends and generating comprehensive reports to support business decisionmaking. Your contributions will ensure competitive pricing strategies and operational efficiency while enhancing client satisfaction.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your scope of services shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Quotations Management:
- Generate accurate and competitive insurance quotes for auto homeowners and other insurance policies based on client requirements and risk profiles.
- Collaborate with agents and sales teams to provide timely quotations.
- Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Develop maintain and analyze insurancerelated reports including claims data premium trends and market insights.
- Identify patterns and opportunities to optimize pricing reduce risk and improve profitability.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all quotes and reports adhere to company policies industry regulations as an unlicensed representative and underwriting guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all quotations and reports.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline the quoting and reporting processes through automation and improved workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor offerings to ensure competitiveness.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Statistics or a related field but not required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Insurance experience is a big plus but not necessary
- Strong understanding of auto and homeowners insurance policies coverage options and underwriting principles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with insurance quoting systems and CRM tools.
- Working knowledge and experience in Outlook is a must. MS Office is desired and nice to have
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written) is required
- Should have great organizational skills time management skills ability to think on their feet
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with crossfunctional teams
