Job Description

Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Work Setup: Work From Home
Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Salary: Php 60000.00 Php 70000.00
Signon Bonus: None


JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant would be:
Zendesk Ticket Management
o Assign daily Zendesk support tickets to the appropriate team members for efficient resolution.
Payment FollowUp Emails
o Send professional and timely payment reminder emails to clients with outstanding balances.
Dishonour Notification Emails
o Notify clients of dishonoured payments on behalf of insurers in a clear and empathetic manner.
Monthly Renewal Invitation Emails
o Prepare and send renewal invitation emails using designated templates attaching current policy schedules.
Receipts and Certificates of Coverage (COCs)
o Generate and send receipts and Certificates of Coverage to clients via Winbeat and Zendesk daily.
Underwriting (UW) Remittance
o Distribute underwriting remittance details to insurers accurately and promptly.
QPR Remittance
o Input remittance details into an Excel template and forward them to the designated recipient (e.g. Polina).
Call Management
o Handle incoming calls transfer them to brokers or take detailed messages when brokers are unavailable.

Claims Management
o Collect claims information and completed forms from clients liaise with insurers and provide regular updates on claim statuses.

Qualifications as an Administrative Assistant:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in office administration or equivalent experience is a plus.
2 years of experience in administrative roles preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Familiarity with Zendesk Winbeat and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
