Job Description
- Deal with patients inquiries of their hospital bills and benefits from insurance.
- Audit transactions and provide feedback to improve quality.
- Monitor compliance with established processes policies and guidelines.
- Share report and analysis based on quality audit results.
- Analyze information and utilize to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performance.
- Create and maintain tracking reports in relation to performance.
- Support service levels by being productive whenever required.
QUALIFICATIONS - Must have 24 years of handling healthcare account.
- Atleast 1 year of QA or TL experience.
- College Graduate / atleast completed 2nd year College Undergraduate
- Take ownership of issues and escalations
- Ability to plan prioritize organize and communicate with client
- Amenable to work on night shift
