As Contract Management & Billing Officer you will :
Maintain and update databases for contract management and invoicing processes.Handle contract openings addendums novations and generate pro forma invoices.Address coowner inquiries regarding contracts and invoicing matters.Prepare and issue accurate invoices in line with company standards and flight specifics.Process and record customer payments and transactions.Perform adhoc tasks to support the contract management team as needed.This position is a great opportunity to :

Your ideal profile
- Energetic motivated and always looking to learn and grow.
- Diploma in Business Management or Accounting.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in contract management.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in French with good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in MS Excel.
