Your missions
Are you passionate about marketing and looking to launch your career in the dynamic and fastgrowing fund industry We are seeking a Junior Marketing Officer to join our team in Luxembourg. In this role you will support our marketing activities focusing on promoting our range of investment products to a global audience.
AsJunior Marketing Officer you will:
- Support our marketing activities focusing on promoting our range of investment products to a global audience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our fund offerings.
- Create and update marketing materials including brochures presentations and fund factsheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product management compliance and sales to ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing content.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including email newsletters social media and web content updates.
- Help organize and promote events such as webinars conferences and client meetings.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market developments to support marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.

Your ideal profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Business or a related field.
- Some prior experience in marketing ideally within the financial or fund industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in French or German is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel); familiarity with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp HubSpot) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and creative mindset.
