Your missions

As Life Insurance Senior Account Officer you will :

  • Be the primary contact for our Belgian and Dutch clients and partners.
  • Handle all general inquiries from customers and operational activities.
  • Onboard new partners such as brokers et managers and custodian banks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments like Legal et Controlling Wealth Planning and Sales and work closely with all business lines.
  • Ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Participate in numerous operational and strategic projects.
  • Contribute your expertise and insights.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to AML and compliance standards.
  • Reflect our commitment to integrity in international business.
  • Provide a supportive and dynamic working environment to the Team.

Your ideal profile

Are you a seasoned professional from the Life Insurance sector with a knack for building strong client relationships Do you thrive in a dynamic multicultural environment

What we expect:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar position within the financial industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the Belgian market is a clear advantage.
  • Perfect fluency in Dutch and French both written and spoken is required.
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to independently manage issues with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a structured and reliable work odology.
  • Strong team player with availability and flexibility.

  • Carry out a ss essment (soft ss and technical ss) in order to better define your professional project
