Job Description

Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

This wellestablished company operating in Luxembourg for over 20 years and renowned for offering innovative solutions in material products. As the company continues to expand they are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team.

As Senior Legal Counsel you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice across the company s commercial operations. You will handle a variety of legal matters independently particularly in contract management and regulatory compliance with support from a junior legal counsel when needed. This role offers the opportunity to lead key legal initiatives while ensuring adherence to local and international legal frameworks.

Your missions:

Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.

Advise on legal and regulatory compliance for the company s products services and strategic initiatives.

Manage legal risks and provide advice on dispute resolution and litigation.

Liaise with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders.

Provide guidance and mentorship to a junior legal counsel when necessary.

Requirements

Your Profile:

At least 4 years of experience in a legal role within a commercial or industrial company.

Strong expertise in contract law commercial law and regulatory compliance.

Ability to work autonomously manage multiple tasks and drive legal projects.

Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in additional languages such as French German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
