Key points
The Risk Officer Expert will be in charge of the following tasks:
Maintain and develop the annual ORSA Report and other Risk reporting (SFCR RSR QRTs) for Life and NonLife entities
ALCO RICO (et Liability Committee / Risk Committee): ist the team in the preparation of the agenda collect and prepare the supporting doentation and write the minutes
Support the design and the monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs)
Support first line risk owners in consistently applying the Risk Management Framework to identify ess manage monitor and report all material risks
Perform adhoc ysis and quality reviews
Maintain and develop policies based on the applicable governance framework
Create maintain and develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders internal and external to support the achieving key outcomes
Promote a culture of strong risk awareness across the company
Ideal profile
Masters degree in Actuarial Risk Management Finance or equivalent
6 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the insurance sector is desirable
Strong reporting ss high degree of independence affinity with financial markets actuarial calculations and insurance concepts (Life and NonLife)
Significant risk management experience and understanding of local and SII regulatory framework
Experience in writing internal policies doenting processes risk and controls
Fluent in English and French. German is considered as an et in the communication with Head Office
Strong ytical ss. Detailoriented and ability to interpret figures and other actuarial and financial information
Team player flexible ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation ss
Excellent IT ss in particular MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
Current Gross Salary
75 90 k without variable
Salary paid over 13 months
