About our client:
Our client is a global leader in digital marketing and client reporting solutions empowering financial professionals to enhance investor engagement and retention. Serving toptier clients in the fintech sector they seek individuals passionate about technical R&D and solution design offering remote work opportunities.
What you will be doing:
- Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives integrating quality into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics (KPIs) to track QA effectiveness driving continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address risks and qualityrelated issues while working closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met in the final product.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential quality issues to ensure client satisfaction and deliver a seamless user experience.
- Provide strategic leadership to a team of nearly 10 staff setting clear goals offering mentorship and developing their skills in QA principles and tools.
What you need:
- A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial.
- 8 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong background in leading and implementing QA strategies for complex projects.
- Extensive experience in test automation using top industry tools and frameworks with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Indepth technical knowledge of software testing methodologies techniques and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving qualityrelated issues.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills effectively collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
What would be beneficial:
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter LoadRunner or Gatling.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Certified in software testing or related fields (e.g. ISTQB Expert Level Certification).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
- Industry experience in Asset Management.
