Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Clients Expert Search and AI Chatbot Agent solutions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute product roadmaps and facilitate team operations.
• Lead the endtoend product lifecycle including roadmap planning epic planning and backlog refinement.
• Ensure alignment with Agile Scrum methodologies and manage product backlog.
• Drive the technical aspects of generative AI implementations using platforms like OpenAI and Azure AI.
• Focus on search engine optimization and improve search functionalities (Elastic Search experience is a plus).
• Assist in troubleshooting and unblocking team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate between crossfunctional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Present roadmaps product updates and technical insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize cloud costs for AI model hosting ensuring scalability and costeffectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience as a Product Analyst Product Manager or similar role in AI software or search engine technologies.
• Handson experience with Generative AI tools.
• Strong experience in Agile development environments focusing on OKRs and iterative product development.
• Familiarity with OpenAI models and Azures AI capabilities.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining AIpowered search agents.
• Expertise in SEO strategies for optimizing search result relevancy.
• Proven experience with Agile Scrum methodologies including JIRA sprint planning retrospectives and story mapping.
• Experience in optimizing cloud costs on Azure or AWS.
• Strong stakeholder management interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousing solutions.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with SQL Python or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with API integration and maintaining secure data pipelines.
• Experience with Elastic Search for search indexing and ranking.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics & Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Experience in defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with enterprise knowledge management systems and collaboration tools.
