Job Description:
What are the top skills required for this role
- Strong knowledge on ServiceNow licensing
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Stakeholder management and commitment for above and beyond
- Experience in ServiceNow project management
- Hands on knowledge of ServiceNow modules
- Should have worked on an Agile Scrum model
Responsibilities
- Manage the ServiceNow licenses for Client
- Liaison with ServiceNow High team to get the issues resolved
- Project manage the modules on boarding
- Stakeholder management
- Report on regular basis about the macro level ServiceNow modules implementation and connects with ServiceNow team
- Technical evaluation of Client requirements on new modules and implementations
- Must take ownership of managing client and ServiceNow communications
