Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in the Architecture & Construction industry. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all onsite construction activities ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and civil engineering with a proven track record of successful project management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all onsite construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Monitor and report on project progress ensuring that deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
- Resolve any onsite issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in construction and project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and equipment.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
