Summary of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources for our rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of India labor laws experience managing a TaaS (Talent as a Service) workforce and a proven track record in various HR functions including HR operations business partnering and talent development. This role requires a handson leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering a positive and productive work environment within a global operational context.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee payroll processing and administration ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in India.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs.
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Oversee and manage the complexities of a TaaS workforce including contractor management and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.
Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience managing a TaaS workforce.
Strong understanding of employeecontractor relationships.
Experience with payroll automation systems.
Expertise in various HR functions including HR operations HR business partnering and talent development.
Experience working in a global organization.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
