Job Title: Principal
Location: Bhavnagar
Reports To: Director
Job Summary: The Principal is the educational leader of the school responsible for promoting a positive school culture ensuring academic excellence and fostering the overall development of students and staff. This role involves strategic planning effective management and community engagement to create a safe and productive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Education Administration or related field.
- Valid state principal certification.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience; 5 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of educational practices and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal ss.
