As the Manager of our Talent Acquisition Capability Center in India youll be a driving force in building and scaling a worldclass shared services team that fuels our rapid growth. Youll optimize key staffing processes ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates recruiters and hiring managers alike.
In your role you will lead a highperforming matrixed team responsible for programs and operational support for: referrals interview scheduling background checks contracts & onboarding internal mobility recruiting training job descriptions and ATS (SmartRecruiters) operational support. As the TA Capability Center Manager you will act as a force multiplier focused on increasing execution efficiency and delivering programs and projects that help the company scale to support PANWs rapid growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Staffing Operations youll partner closely and serve as a centralized resource to support all Ops work for the Talent Acquisition team.

- Operational Excellence Streamline processes reduce cycle times and improve overall efficiency Demonstrate high effectiveness in working within a matrixed environment where you will be accountable for delivering staffing operations on behalf of program owners who may be located in other regions
- Analyze and Report Analyze team key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports to communicate recommendations on initiatives and influence senior management through data and thoughtful interpretation of findings
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Develop effective relationships with regional partners to understand local challenges and deliver seamless service Support global projects that originate or are championed in the region and ensure global alignment
- Compliance and Governance Ensure policies are acknowledged and required training is completed including implementing audits and followup processes to achieve compliance Understand diverse employee stakeholder groups and local employment legislation within regions and adapt recruitment service delivery to ensure compliance with local laws processes and policies
- Process Optimization and Innovation Align tactical programs to large strategic objectives and ensure team members understand the big picture and organizational goals Solicit and evaluate feedback to determine appropriate actions solutions and initiatives needed
- Change Management Drive enablement programs specifically around process excellence adoption of LinkedIn advancements and other tools and recruitment compliance and governance Close gaps in training or job aids and lead change management for TA
Qualifications :
Your Experience
- UG/PG degrees or Technical Degrees or equivalent military experience
- 8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations with at least 4 years specifically in Talent Acquisition Shared Services or a similar environment
- Proven track record of leading managing and scaling highperforming teams in a fastpaced highvolume setting including the ability to manage complex operations prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Indepth knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes best practices and key performance indicators
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) ATS (e.g. SmartRecruiters) and ticketing or workflow management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex information to a diverse audience
- Global mindset including experience working in a matrixed organization with a 24/7 global delivery model supporting multiple regions and time zones
- Strong problemsolving and ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions
- A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
