The Quality urance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided within the healthcare practice ensuring that standards are met and continuously improved.
- Develop and implement quality urance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of clinical processes and patient care outcomes.
- yze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality of care.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop action plans for quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics for leadership review.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or a related field; certification in quality management preferred.
- Experience in quality urance or improvement in a healthcare setting.
- Strong ytical and problemsolving ss.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
