Job Description
The istant Manager will support the Senior Store Manager in all aspects of store operations including customer service sales inventory management and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management excellent communication ss and a pion for leading and motivating a team.
Sales and customer service orientated
Structured and process driven
Target focused
Ability to use initiative and act accordingly
A deeprooted sense of responsibility and accountability
Sound character
A willingness to learn
Able to work as part of a dedicated team
Upwardly mobile
Ability to strategically delegate work orders.
Be open to direction.
Previous experience in the management of staff is considered necessary.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
3 years retail and/or wholesale experience would be an advantage
Valid Drivers License
Must have Some retail Experience background.
