Operations Manager - Food Industry Cape Town

Our client is a wellelished family owned Gelateria with stores dotted around the Greater Cape Town area and stores opening in Gauteng.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• This person would be working with a team consisting of an HR Manager as well as a Product Trainer.
  
• They would guide their team daily and report to the COO.
  
• The main role of this individual would be to ensure the smoothrunning and efficient running of the current stores as well as any future stores that open.
  
• The job can be demanding as the stores trade 365 days a year and are open from 9am10pm daily.
  
• Managing staff requires daily commitment and work.
  
• Ensure that company standards and procedures are upheld at all times.
  

Requirements

• Based in Cape Town.
  
• Own car needed.
  
• Minimum 5 years industry experience required (Restaurant/Hospitality sector).
  
• HR BCEA LRA knowledge required.
  Ability to lead a team.
• Ability to implement procedures & strategies.

Benefits

• Total package : R35 000 R50 000 basic monthly salary (dependent on experience)
