Job Description
JD for the Sourcing Position.
Qualification: Minimum BE (Electronics EEE ECE) Preferred.
Experience: 6 12 Yrs. in Sourcing of Electronic Components
Industrial Exposure: EMS
612 years in Sourcing of Electronic Components (Active Pive PCB Electromechanical.etc) in an EMS industry servicing client in Industrial Aerospace Defense Medical...etc.
Should have good contacts with the Electronics component manufacturing industry with manufacturers and distributors
To be a part of a dynamic Supply Chain Management team and Handle the Complete Souring activity right from NPI to Serial Production.
Participate in BD discussion to understand the Customer for preparing the CBOM.
Sending RFQ and Receiving best Quote from the suppliers.
Negotiate SPQ MOQ Leadtime Payment term. Etc.
Submit the competitive quote to Sales team for Competitive Bid.
Negotiating better price to improve Our Margin and Updating ERP on time for Ordering
Sanity check of ERP at regular interval to ensure system is configured with right data without impacting the MRP.
Good at ytics on Spend and Drive cost reduction initiative to improve the Margin.
Should have capability to handle the igned project as a SPOC & coordinating with the CFT team to achieve the Result
Coordinate and Support CFT & Purchase team to ensure Smooth function of Supply chain & Operation.
Must have S SAP MM HANA MS Office :Excel PPT Good Communication and ytics
Job profile: Work with the respective project leaders to get the kits completion data on a daily basis. Run the simulation of Kit completion on SAP and ensure that the kits are complete in all respects. Prepare the WO's on SAP for the completed kits. Release the kitting plans to stores with priority to complete the kits. On receipt of kits completion details from stores, co-ordinate with production to collect the same. Attend the daily review meeting with the production team to review the plan v/s achieved. Escalate the gaps b/w the plan v/s actuals to Planning and production manager to bridge the gaps. On receipt of FGTN, send the FG ready details to project management. On receipt of project management confirmation, send the Invoicing instructions to concerned invoicing team. WO's closure in the ERP on daily basis (TECO). Monitor the WO's by ageing and work with the production team to close the work orders. Track and monitor excess inventory/obsolescence and share the information to PM/SCM for further actions. To approve MR for material drawing. Run MRP. To do usage correction in work orders. Monitor the ECN implementation plans drawn by the CFT team to ensure the WIP, FG and kits are executed as per the ECN Implementation plans.
