Job Description
Project and Program Management Project Manager Non Tech
NonTechnical
1. Minimum 5 years experience with working in cross functional teams coordinating between technical and business teams.
2. Minimum 5 years experience with budgeting and operations support (Rhythm of Business running meetings etc.).
3. Minimum 3 years experience with working closely with executives.
Hard Ss essments
Expected Dates that Hard Ss essments will be scheduled: ASAP week of 9/30
Hard Ss essment Process: The essment process will include likely 3 rounds an initial screen by the sponsor then 12 meetings with additional members of the team including the GM the role will support.
Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have examples of their previous experience with strategic initiatives as well as working with executives and cross functional teams prepared prior to the essment.
