Job Description
This is a remote position.
Join our client s dynamic physical therapy practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to their patients. Virtual Rockstar is looking for a motivated and detailoriented Spanishspeaking Medical Virtual istant to support our client s growing team in Florida.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and manage patient inquiries via phone and email.
Convert leads into new patients and schedule appointments effectively.
Manage the patient waitlist and coordinate appointment rescheduling.
Sort and ign faxes ensuring timely processing.
Confirm patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
Greet patients and provide directions within the facility when needed.
Collaborate with medical staff to manage daily schedules and ensure efficient operations.
Handle eligibility and benefit verifications as part of your role over time.
Maintain accurate patient records and update files with insurance information.
Liaise with insurance providers to clarify coverage details.
Coordinate telehealth appointments and follow up with patients postsession.
Send personalized exercise and treatment plans to patients.
Manage referrals from other healthcare providers.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
Previous experience in a medical office or virtual istant role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Zoom and EMR systems (Heno and Nectar experience is a plus).
Strong organizational ss and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
