Job Description

Xenon Group is looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in supply chain and procurement consulting. As a PlayerCoach you will lead teach and mentor our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while simultaneously driving aggressive revenue targets and overseeing the business development process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a PlayerCoach to lead teach mentor and manage the BDR team.
  • Own the achievement of aggressive revenue targets.
  • Own the business development process from initial outreach through discovery negotiation and close.
  • Drive repeatable outcomes by deploying a comprehensive business development odology.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in target accounts.
  • Negotiate and close complex consulting engagements with enterprise clients.
  • Remain current on industry trends emerging technologies and supply chain management / procurement best practices.
  • Contribute to the companys thought leadership efforts through speaking engagements whitepapers and other content marketing initiatives.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • C2 Level English.
  • Must reside in Colombia or Costa Rica.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of supply chain / procurement consulting business development experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and closing complex deals.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain / procurement principles processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation ss.
  • Strong leadership and team management ss.
  • Experience with CRM and SEM software.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation:

An attractive compensation and benefits package will be offered based on the individuals track record and level of accomplishments.

  • Base salary: $2.5k $3.5k per month
  • Annual commission: $8k
  • OnTarget Earnings (OTE): $60k per year
