Job Responsibilities:
- yse and ess training needs at various levels of the Group.
- Link Training outcomes with performance of each employee
- Prepare control and track training budget
- Identification & designing of Training Need essment doent for the organisation at Group level.
- Planning and Development of training calendar on monthly and annual basis
- Reviews existing training programs suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement.
- To design and prepare new training content as per defined TNA and ensure the completion of the required training programs
- Maintaining Training Manual: Soft Copies in sorted order; Hardcopies as per laid standard & videos attached with USB.
- To ensure the of training program as per defined training calendar every month.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree is required Majors in HRM Marketing etc.
- 8 years of experience preferably in HR/Insurance/Banking Industry/Training & Development.
- Hands on experience in Prezi Canva Articulate Storyline/Rise Storyboarding/Scripting (English/Urdu).
