1 Develop and implement the companys fintech strategy to support business goals. Stay updated on trends and innovations in fintech and evaluate potential applications for the organization. Identify areas of opportunity for automation process improvements and enhanced customer experience using financial technology.
2 Lead the design development and launch of fintech services. Collaborate with crossfunctional to ensure fintech initiatives align with business objectives.
3 Oversee the lifecycle of FinTech projects from ideation to deployment ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
4 Ensure that fintech solutions adhere to data security privacy and compliance standards particularly regarding financial regulations
5 Manage relationships with fintech vendors platforms and partners.
