Job Description
Your playing field:
- Strategic Leadership. You will design implement and maintain the sportsbook and trading strategy aligned with the companys overarching vision.
- Innovative Solutions. Identify opportunities to create a groundbreaking sportsbook product and advanced trading automation tools.
- Market Insight. Monitor the competitive landscape spotting trends and areas for improvement across products technology and services.
- Project Coordination. Oversee and prioritize internal bookmaking projects manage roadmaps and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Crossfunctional collaboration. Foster relationships across departments and locations ensuring cohesive execution of business strategies.
- Partner Management. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external service providers to support innovation and growth.
Qualifications :

- Qualifications. Masters Degree in Economics Data Science Business or equivalent experience.
- Experience. 5 years in sportsbook management with proven expertise in the sports betting industry.
- Skills. Exceptional strategic analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Creativity. Thinker with a handson mentality and proactive approach.
- Strong Accountability. A sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Teamwork. Outstanding relationshipbuilding and collaboration skills.
- Language. Fluent in English. German is a plus.
