Job Description
At Tipico we play to win and as a Product Manager (m/f/x) in the Customer Profile tribe youll be at the heart of our backoffice modernization efforts. Think of yourself as the tactical mastermind working closely with the Product Lead and crossfunctional teams to drive efficiency compliance and innovationjust like a top coach shaping a championshipwinning squad.
Your playing field:
- Support the Product Lead in setting and executing the product strategy ensuring Tipico stays ahead of the competition.
- Draft the game plan (Product Requirement Documents) and guide development teams in an Agile environmentleading daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Work with development teams to produce and deliver highimpact initiatives keeping projects on track and delivering quality at every stage.
- Proactively analyze product domain KPIs collaborate with teams and spearhead gamechanging initiatives to enhance key metrics.
- Take ownership of story UAT and signoff ensuring requirements are met and the final product delivers a topquality user experience.
- Work alongside the Product Lead to conceive document and launch new product features and improvements that keep Tipico playing at the highest level.
- Team up with UX Designers to create wireframes mockups and specifications for new features ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- Work closely with Commercial Compliance Customer Service Bookmaking and other teams to prioritize their requirements alongside product needs.
- Conduct market and competitive research staying on top of emerging technologies digital trends and industry best practicesso were always one step ahead.
Qualifications :
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Tactical Knowledge. You have a university degree in Computer Science or a related field OR at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager leading teams with Scrum Agile methodologies.
- Technical Background. You understand SOA architectures OAuth and RESTful APIs at a Product Management level. While you wont be writing code you can review implementations support your dev team and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Account Management System. You have a background as a Product Manager specializing in developing and optimizing backoffices account management systems.
- Communication. You have English proficiency both verbal and written making it easy to work with teammates stakeholders and tech teams worldwide.
- Project Management. You can run mediumscale projects coordinate with multiple technical teams and product managers and keep the game on schedule.
- Tech Visionary Mindset. You stay ahead of tech trends understand how they impact your roadmap and use them to drive innovation. You can also navigate technical challenges and make strategic tradeoffs with your team.
