Job Description
Some of the tasks you will be doing:
- Provide seamless support to our Business Partners in their daily operations ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Gather and verify all required KYC documentation conducting preliminary checks for accuracy and compliance.
- Keep the database up to date with essential business partner information for streamlined operations.
- Oversee the endtoend process of onboarding offboarding and contract execution with efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison managing communications with Acceptance Partners and Merchants.
- Conduct timely periodic reviews of business partner accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Contribute to the teams success by documenting processes and procedures for clarity and consistency.
- Assist with adhoc tasks and collaborate across departments to support Zastrpays broader objectives.
Qualifications :
You will be a good fit if:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities are required.
- A proactive and handson mentality is crucial for success in this role.
- Teamwork is a big part of our culture and therefore having the ability to work collaboratively within a team and also having a great attitude is crucial.
It would be great if you have any of the following:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in an online fintech or fastpaced industry is required.
- Handson experience in daytoday KYC/AML operations with a focus on legal entities is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in compliance and/or operational roles particularly with legal entities in Banking or Payments is highly valued.
